Band Achievements



2007

Winners of the Western Australian Pipe Band Championships in Grade four and in Grade three.
The band won every element of the 2 grade contest.  2007 has been a very historical year for Coastals.


Winners of the New Zealand Pipe Band Championships taking out the Set, Medley, Drumming and Musical component of the Street March.  With 25 competing bands in Grade 4, this is the biggest international achievement in the history of the band.

2006


Winners of every component of the Armadale Highland Gathering and full Pipe Band Competition. 
Coastals placed first in Drill, first in Dress, first in the overall Grade 4 competition and first in Drumming.


2005


Winners of Rockingham Quintet Contest - voted by the general public.

The band celebrated it's 100th year with a reunion dinner and centenary
concert to mark the occasion.  This was an extra special event  when 17
past and present drummers united to perform a centenary concert drumm
